Getting an account

Operator accounts are created by your platform administrator, who decides your organisation and your role. There is no public sign-up: the platform manages hotspot networks and billing data, so accounts are provisioned deliberately.

Locked out?

  • Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. The link you receive works once and expires after one hour.
  • Repeated failed attempts temporarily lock an account. Wait for the lock to expire, or reset your password — resetting also clears the lock.
  • Lost your phone or authenticator app? Sign in with a recovery code, then re-enrol from My security. If you have no codes left, ask your administrator to reset the second factor.

Reporting a problem

Your administrator can see the audit log (who changed what, and when) and the health history of each router, which usually identifies the cause quickly. Mention the time it happened and the hotspot or router involved.

Platform support contact details are configured per deployment; your administrator supplies them.
